Al Taj Food Marketing & Services Sdn Bhd's founder is a well educated background person who is interested in cooking. His passion in cooking has made him tried variety of foods included Arabian Rice to be serve for family and friends. He got moral support from his supportive wife, Mdm Khodijah Abd Wahab and family members. From that, he began to do research and formulate these Mendhi Instant Arabian Rice Paste Al Taj and Kabsah Instant Arabian Rice Paste Al Taj in a small scale at his home, Seksyen 4 Bandar Baru Bangi in 2015 with the Enterprise registration named Al-Taj Marketing & Services. At first, he only sells to nearest family, friends and colleagues because of their supportive demand. All of them has spread (Word of Mouth) and expose about this Arabian Rice Paste to many people until one day unknown came to Mr. Tajul house and ask him to cook that Arabian Rice for him. To complete the menu of this Mendhi and Kabsah Arabian Rice he does more research and successfully produce three types of spice marinade, which are Mendhi Spice Marinade, Kabsah Spice Marinade and Extra Hot Spice Marinade. Later, he decided to open a factory addressed Seksyen 10, Taman Industri Selaman, Bandar Baru Bangi. After 18months operates, this company migrates to Plot 133, Kilang Vendor, Kawasan perindustrian Halal Hub, Serkam to get more guide and incentives from the state government. For now, this company in way to develop the products to market, to penetrate international market and make innovation of new products in global market.
